Our manufacturing units is spread over a total plot area of 10000 square feet and have an production capacity of 30,000.00 qty in month in 3 shift. Our unit that make it spacious and capable to produce our extensive range of batteries and Power Backed-Up Systems. Further, we also posses an in-house design unit equipped with latest CAD/ CAM software that helps us in designing these systems with innovative approach.

We have installed following machines at our unit that are used for the manufacturing process of our batteries :

• Heat sealing machine 0 Hydraulic (I.C.Vll) from Korea
• Lead oxide mixture machine
• Curing humidity system & Drying systems

• Automatic grid casting machine.

The above mentioned manufacturing facilities enhance our production capabilities allowing us to fabricate Tubular Ups & Automotive Batteries and Power Supply Control & Regulation Units like Inverters & Stabilizers with cutting edge technology.

Being a progressive organization, we have maintained an in -house research and development section which is manned by proficient R&D experts utilize highly efficient equipments and tools installed there. The prime objective of this R&D section is develop & incorporate latest technological advancements in our productions procedures which as results augment the quality standards of our products by consistently engage in genuine research work Our R&D experts work in coordination with managers in order know latest demand market trends sas include those elements in the range of products.

For the storage of our Batteries and Power Back-Up Systems, we have built a spacious warehouse unit that is managed by qualified team of warehousing professionals. Having a massive capacity, our well maintained warehouse is equipped with all the necessary facilities that ensure safe and secure storage of our Power Back-Up Systems. The unit is divided into various sections and has congenial environment and temperature suitable for Tubular Ups & Automotive Batteries and Power Supply Control & Regulation Units like Inverters & Stabilizers.

Apart from this, we also have proper provision for delivering the consignments to our clients within committed time frame. We have tied up with various C & F Agents who assists us in delivering our consignments within stipulated time frame to clients’ end.
