Production & R&D] Our battery plates having very unique and modern design as per new technologies. Our machinery is one of the best and modern machining which gives very hi and drastic result.

We are a quality conscious company, which we never compromise on. Quality is the most important elements of our business practices as it strengthen our business relationship with our clients. We have established a modern quality testing facility that allows us to check our Power Back-Up Systems on various industry standards. In order to assure requisite quality standards, reliability and improved functionality we test our wide range of batteries on following parameters:

• Vacuum Leak testing.
• CCA testing.
• Power consumption
• Cold start
• Load capacity
• Input & output voltage
• Back-up time
• Charging & Discharging Current
• Efficiency  
  We also keep updating our quality testing parameters on regular basis with an aim to improve the quality standards.
  
  

We have always put emphasis on incorporating only latest improved technology in manufacturing each
range of Batteries (Tubular-Storage Batteries, Motive Power and Automotive Batteries) therefore appointed adept quality inspectors. They maintain strict vigil on the whole production line in order to ensure occurrence of every necessary quality tests for each products. In order to assure requisite quality standards, reliability and improved functionality they test every power back up system.
